All Customer Service and Helpdesk Directors and Managers are invited to attend the next Boston SIM Helpdesk Roundtable session on Thursday, March 14th from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be hosted at the at the office of the Welch’s Foods in Concord, MA. The meeting will be followed by a networking dinner at a local restaurant.
The meeting will be in a roundtable format, so be prepared to share your experiences and ideas. Whenever possible, bring sample materials we can all reference and/or use as a discussion point.
